Impact Pro Wrestling Report (6/18/16)

This past Saturday night, Impact Pro Wrestling held their annual Falls Count Anywhere Ladder Royal match at the Forte in Downtown Des Moines, Iowa.

The results of that event were:

Tony Sly defeated Malice

Sexy & Smooth (Ryan Slade and AJ Smooth) defeated The Stud Club (Anthony Draven and hired gun Nicky Free) w/ Jason Michaels

Matty Star defeated Devin Carter

Sterling Riegel and his partner UGLY, who filled in for his injured brother Logan, lost the Impact Pro Wrestling Tag Team Titles to Crazy Sexy Cruel (Aaron Von Baron and Nate Alsin) when UGLY abandoned Sterling during the match.

Justin Decent retained his IPW Heavyweight Title against James Jeffries.

Ryan Slade won the 12th Annual 20-Man Falls Count Anywhere Ladder Royal. Slade will use his contract on August 20th for an opportunity for himself and partner AJ Smooth for the the Impact Pro Wrestling Tag Team Championship held by Aaron Von Baron and Nate Alsin.

Impact Pro Wrestling’s Troy Peterson made a huge announcement on Facebook following the show regarding the August 20th show, mentioning that a very special guest would be present that night.  Peterson also mentioned that they will be bringing in more talent from outside the Des Moines area that fans haven’t had the privilege of seeing in person before.

Let the speculation begin!
